Keep your chat to your group
Voice Scramble has 5 scramble frequencies, so only radios set to the same one can understand you. The Shared Channel Quiet Filter, with 38 CTCSS and 104 DCS codes, keeps the radio quiet on a busy channel until your group calls. Voice Announcement reads out settings as you change them.

Each radio takes 3 AA batteries. Rechargeable 1000mAh NiMH AAs are included and charge in the radio by USB-C. You can also use standard AA alkalines, but don't try to charge them.
Is it waterproof?
