A black fibreglass raydome UHF antenna with 6.6 dBi gain and a heavy duty barrel style stainless steel spring. Built for trucks and 4WDs that see hard use.
Uniden rates the AT890BK as a good all purpose antenna for town and country. It is ground independent and comes with 4.5m of low loss coax, terminated with an FME female connector and a PL259 adaptor. Want to lay it down when it gets in the way? Add the MBU-05BK folding antenna mount.

Fitting
Ground independent, ready to wire
The antenna is ground independent, and Uniden says its mounting brackets fit any Uniden antenna. 4.5m of low loss coax runs back to the radio, finished with an FME female connector and a PL259 adaptor. If the lead is ever damaged, the replacement is the ATL890.
