Overview
Solar bullet camera for gates and driveways
A 100% wire-free 2K bullet camera with a powerful spotlight and an SPS-X solar panel in the box. Point it at the gate, driveway or garage and it keeps watch without power cables.
The bullet shape is made for fixed-angle cover of one spot that matters. The included solar panel charges the 9,000mAh battery through the day, and Thermo Sense detection cuts false alerts from shadows and headlights. Footage saves to microSD and the free 7-day rolling cloud. For a second area, add an App Cam SOLO X2K.
Targeted cover
A dedicated eye on one spot
Unlike a dome or pan camera, the bullet is built to watch one area all the time: the front gate, the driveway or the garage door. Point it where you need it, lock the bracket and it stays on that view.
- ✓Fixed-angle bullet design
- ✓Weatherproof IP65 housing
- ✓Mount bracket and screws included
Day and night
A spotlight that lights up the moment
When the camera picks up someone at night, the 800 lumen spotlight switches on and records in full colour up to 10m away. Use two-way talk to speak to them, or set off the siren from your phone. Thermo Sense looks for body heat, so shadows and headlights don't flood you with alerts.
- ✓800lm, 6000K spotlight
- ✓Colour night vision up to 10m
- ✓Two-way talk and siren
Solar powered
The sun keeps it charged
The SPS-X solar panel comes in the box and charges the 9,000mAh battery through the day. At night the camera runs on stored charge, so you don't need to take it down to recharge. Mount the panel where it gets the most sun across the year.
- ✓SPS-X solar panel included
- ✓9,000mAh battery
- ✓No power cables to run

Frequently asked questions
Do I need power at the gate or driveway?
No. The camera runs on its 9,000mAh battery and the included SPS-X solar panel keeps it charged. It needs a 2.4GHz WiFi signal where it's mounted.
How far can it see at night?
Colour night vision works up to 10m, lit by the 800 lumen spotlight. The PIR motion sensor also detects up to 10m.
Is there a subscription?
No. Free 7-day rolling cloud backup is included for the life of the product, with no monthly fee. Only motion recordings go to the cloud. You can also record to a microSD card up to 256GB.
Can the battery be replaced?
No. Uniden says the 9,000mAh battery can't be replaced. It's charged by the solar panel or a 5V 1A Type-C supply.
How is it different from the SOLO X2K?
The bullet is a fixed-angle camera with a bigger battery and an 800 lumen spotlight, and this kit includes the solar panel. The SOLO X2K is a smaller camera sold without a panel.
