The fisheye lens shows everything from a parcel on the ground to the visitor's face. When someone presses the button, you get a video alert on your phone and the plug-in chime rings inside. The 5,200mAh battery means no doorbell wiring, and footage saves to microSD or the free 7-day rolling cloud. Add an App Cam SOLO X2K to cover the driveway too.

Do I need existing doorbell wiring?
No. It's 100% wire-free and runs on a rechargeable 5,200mAh battery, charged through its USB-C port.
Is a chime included?
Yes. A wireless chime comes in the box, already paired to the doorbell. It runs from a 5V USB power supply, and you can pair more chimes if you want one in another room.
Is there a subscription?
No. Free 7-day rolling cloud backup is included for the life of the product, with no monthly fee. Only motion recordings go to the cloud, and longer plans are optional.
What WiFi does it need?
A 2.4GHz WiFi network that reaches the front door.
Does it work with Alexa or Google?
Uniden's quick start guide says it supports Alexa and Google Home.
