Preheat before you stop
When the 2.0 receives power, it automatically starts a 20-minute preheat at 180°C. So if your 12V system has switchable outputs (REDARC, Enerdrive, Victron, a switched relay or a simple switch panel), you can turn the oven on remotely.
Ninety minutes from lunch? Your co-driver taps the app, the oven preheats, and 20 minutes later you pull over, load it up, set the time and temperature, and keep driving.
