Overview
The original, still going strong
The 2400i was the first Westinghouse inverter generator designed for Australia and is still a favourite with caravanners: 2,400 starting watts, 2,100 running watts and up to 14.9 hours at 1/4 load.
All the controls, outlets and the fuel gauge are on one side of the unit, which makes it easy to use in a caravan storage box or on a drawbar.

The digital data center shows output voltage, engine speed & cumulative run time, so you always know what the generator is doing. Overload and low oil alarms protect the engine and your appliances.
Look after it
Built to last
Keep dust, UV and rain off it in storage with the Westinghouse GC502946 cover. Use fresh 91, 95 or 98 RON unleaded petrol. Ethanol blends such as E10 are not recommended. Oil and air filter servicing is done without tools.

Yes. It is a digital inverter generator with pure sine wave output and less than 2.5% total harmonic distortion, so it is safe for sensitive electronics.
How long will it run on a tank?
Up to 14.9 hours at 1/4 load and 3.8 hours at full load, from its 5.0 litre tank.
How loud is it?
54 dB(A) at 1/4 load, measured at 7 m.
What fuel does it use?
Unleaded petrol (91, 95 or 98 RON). Westinghouse does not recommend ethanol blends such as E10.
What warranty does it have?
