Overview

Flood and spot in one rail light

The PL X is Olight’s first dual-beam tactical light. It has two separate beams: a 1,200 lumen floodlight for lighting a wide area, and a 22,500 candela spotlight that reaches up to 300m.

A toggle switches between flood and spot. Activation buttons work by forward push or downward press from either side. It fits a wide range of rails with a patented anti-loosening ratchet mount, and 1913 (Picatinny) and GL rail adapters are included.

Stays where you put it

A patented anti-loosening ratchet mount and a screw clamp give a wobble-free fit on a wide range of rails. The 1913 (Picatinny) and GL rail adapters are included and reverse 180° to suit full-size through to compact models. Olight says several holster makers support the PL X.

Tough and easy to charge

Aluminium, IPX7, USB-C

The body is aluminium with a Type III hard anodised finish, IPX7 waterproof and drop tested to 1.5m. Charge it by USB-C from the car, a power bank or a wall charger. A light on the unit shows the battery level.

The floodlight gives 1,200 lumens of wide light for close range. The spotlight is a focused 22,500 candela beam that reaches up to 300m. Use the toggle to swap between them.

What rails does it fit?

It uses a patented anti-loosening ratchet mount. 1913 (Picatinny) and GL rail adapters are included, and they reverse to suit full-size through to compact models.

How do I charge it?

By USB-C. The battery indicator shows green above 60%, yellow from 10 to 60% and red below 10%.

Is it waterproof?
