BLUETTI CA90 Battery Cable

The short link for an Apex 300 stack

The CA90 is BLUETTI’s short (270 mm) external battery connection cable. It joins a B300K to the Apex 300, or one B300K to the next, when the units are stacked on top of each other.

BLUETTI says short cables are the most efficient way to link batteries and keep the stack tidy. Use it for B500K stacks too. Each B300K and B500K for Apex 300 already comes with one, so this is a spare or replacement.

Planning a bigger system?

When to use the long cable

Up to six batteries can go on one Apex 300. BLUETTI suggests starting a second stack after three batteries and joining battery 3 to battery 4 with the long P090A cable (800 mm). Use CA90s within each stack.

What does the CA90 connect?

BLUETTI lists the Apex 300 as the applicable model. It connects a B300K to the Apex 300, or to other B300K units. BLUETTI also says to use CA90 cables for B500K stacks.

How long is it?

It’s the short cable: 270 mm, for stacking the Apex 300 directly on top of the battery.

Short or long cable?

Short (CA90) when units are stacked. Long (P090A, 800 mm) when a battery sits separately, or when you go past three batteries and start a second stack.

Do I need to buy one with a new battery?

Usually not. The Apex 300 versions of the B300K and B500K come with a CA90. Buy this as a spare, a replacement, or for a custom layout.
